Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Senior Interior Design staff for in-house, capital, and selected outsourced projects.
• Perform interior design space planning (AutoCAD layouts) and project coordination for new construction or campus renovations.
• Manage interior finishes, furnishings, signage design, and space planning related to interior architecture and furniture planning.
• Develop digital project content, renderings, and presentation materials for review by staff and clients.
• Coordinate design/material selections with multiple university departments and ensure timely project delivery.
• Assist with concept through installation phases and maintain organized project records and digital files.
