DLR Group is an integrated design firm seeking an Interior Designer to join integrated teams responsible for design and delivery aligned with client goals, budgets, and schedules. You will work on diverse projects—from K-12 to healthcare—developing materials palettes and specifications with clients, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in interior design or closely related field.
• 5-8 years of professional interior design experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Designer Pages Pro.
• 3D visualization tools: Enscape, SketchUp, Lumion; knowledge of Bluebeam.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-disciplinary teams; travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong conceptual design and space planning abilities.
• Develop comprehensive design and technical drawings; support client goals and budgets.
• Lead collaboration at project and team levels with clear communication.
• Prepare drawings, models, images, mood boards and other design documents.
• Develop design through schematic to construction administration stages.
• Meet deliverable deadlines to maintain project schedule.
