Job summary

HDR is seeking an Interior Designer to join our team in Charlotte. You will contribute to the design and delivery of interior spaces across sectors, collaborating with architects, planners, and technical experts to solve complex challenges.

You will lead by example, mentor teammates, and promote HDR's culture of inclusion and employee ownership while advancing sustainable design practices and documentation through the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school.
• Active Interior Design Certificate or Registered Architect in country of residence.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a design firm environment.
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities
