Decor Direct Interiors, part of the Schell Brothers family, seeks an ambitious Interior Designer to transform houses into personalized spaces. You will conduct consultations, design solutions, and manage projects while collaborating with sales and production teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate combines creativity, organization, and strong client relations, with proficiency in space planning, CRM, and design software.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in interior design or related field.
• Strong space planning and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and in-person design consultations to understand client lifestyle, aesthetic, needs, budget, and goals.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners throughout design and sales.
• Maintain timely communication with clients throughout the design process.
• Follow up on open proposals, selections, payments and decisions.
• Deliver high level of customer service reflecting Decor Direct and Schell Brothers experience.
• Create lookbooks and space plans considering scale, proportion, functionality.
• Stay current with industry trends, products, materials, vendors and resources.
• Guide clients toward design goals while supporting Decor Direct’s sales and profitability objectives.
• Collaborate with the Sales Administrator and Production Team for handoff after sale acceptance.
• Attend client deliveries.
