Complexity of projects will scale with experience—more senior designers will lead large, complex jobs, while emerging designers will grow with more straightforward projects.

The Role
As an Interior Designer, you’ll lead or contribute to the design of residential remodels and custom homes, collaborating with clients, engineers, estimators, and project managers. You’ll take projects from concept through construction, helping bring clients’ visions to life with creativity, precision, and heart.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and present conceptual designs, layouts, and 3D renderings
• Develop full construction documents, specs, and schedules
  
• Select and source materials, finishes, and fixtures
  
• Lead or support client presentations and manage communications
  
• Conduct site visits and field measurements
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project stakeholders
  
• Mentor others (for senior roles); learn and grow (for junior roles)
  

What We’reLooking For

• Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
• 3+ years of residential design experience (5+ for senior)
• Proficiency in drafting/rendering software (Chief Architect a plus)
  
• Tech-savvy, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Great eye for design, detail-oriented, collaborative, and resourceful

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000–$100,000 base salary (DOE)
