Job summary

WindleDesign & Construction in the United States is seeking an Interior Designer to lead residential design projects from concept to final walkthrough, owning the process from start to finish and guiding clients and internal teams with confidence and creative vision.

You’ll collaborate with construction, project management, and other teams to keep designs on track and on brand, manage client relationships, and balance multiple projects with strong organization and technical fluency in space

Qualifications

• Several years of residential design experience with a portfolio.
• Ability to manage client relationships and multiple moving pieces.
• Strong fluency in space planning, materials, and documentation.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential design projects from concept through completion, with your fingerprints on every phase.
• Drive design development and documentation to turn ideas into buildable reality.
• Be the client’s trusted contact, translating vision into spaces they’ll love.
• Collaborate across construction, project management, and teams to keep designs on track.
