Job summary

eZone Staffing, LLC is seeking a creative Hospitality Interior Designer for our Frederick, Maryland studio. Ideal candidates have 2 to 5 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in hospitality or commercial design, and a readiness to grow in a fast-paced, project-driven studio.

The role involves supporting senior designers on hospitality projects, drafting with CAD/Revit, space planning, FF&E specs, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in hospitality or commercial interior design.
• Fast-paced, project-driven design studio experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen or Green Card).

Responsibilities

• Assist the senior designer with hospitality interior design projects
• Prepare and write FF&E specifications
• Assist with CAD, Revit, and general drawing production
• Support space planning for hotel guestrooms, public spaces, and amenity areas
• Contribute conceptual design ideas for hotel and hospitality projects
• Interpret brand standards for conversion and refresh projects
• Verify key information in specifications, including quantities, dimensions, finishes, and product details
• Source products based on direction from the senior designer
• Contact vendors for product information, pricing, lead times, and follow-up
• Review drawings and help ensure information is exchanged clearly with the production team
• Prepare finish, material, and presentation samples
• Assist with design library organization and general studio support
• Has strong attention to detail
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Works well in a deadline-driven environment
• Is diligent, focused, and organized
• Can manage time effectively across multiple tasks
• Is comfortable communicating with vendors, team members, and consultants
• Has working knowledge of CAD, Revit, or similar design software
• Is eager to learn the hospitality design process from concept through documentation

The Client is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Hospitality Interior Designer to join our Frederick, Maryland studio.

We are looking for a designer with 2 to 5 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in hospitality or commercial interior design. This position is ideal for someone who has moved beyond entry-level work and is ready to grow within a fast-paced, project-driven design studio.

We are open to candidates whose experience level is:

Designer, 3 to 5 years’ experience

Salary commensurate with experience.

Hospitality experience is preferred, but we will also consider candidates with strong commercial interior design experience and a clear interest in hotel, resort, and lifestyle design.
