FEH Design is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer for our Dubuque, Iowa office to plan, design, and oversee interior spaces that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with client needs and project requirements.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors to deliver high-quality design solutions on time and within budget. Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Suite is expected, with strong space planning and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess needs, preferences, budgets, and project scope.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and space plans.
• Select materials, finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and color palettes.
• Produce architectural plans/details, interior bid documents, interior finish concepts, interior renderings, and associated project budgets.
• Manage projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Conduct on-site visits during installation or construction.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and procurement activities.

Our successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter,who iswilling to collaboratewith our teams. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors to deliver high-quality design solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to assess needs, preferences, budgets, and project scope
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and space plans
• Select materials, finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and color palettes
• Produce architectural plans/details, interior bid documents, interior finish concepts, interior renderings, and associated project budgets
