gpac LLC in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Interior Designer/Project Manager to lead projects from conception through completion. The role combines design excellence with strong project leadership in a growing architecture and design practice.

The ideal candidate will have 5–12 years of interior design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and a proven ability to manage client expectations and budgets. Healthcare or higher-education project experience is strongly encouraged.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design or related field.

• LEED accreditation an asset.
• NCIDQ accreditation is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead interiors projects from conception through completion and close out.

Interior Designer/Project Manager

Interior Design Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 5-12 years of experience in interior design.

Interior Designer Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, PhotoShop, InDesign, Microsoft Office is preferred.

• Knowledgeable to support both, management and design- ability to integrate design requirements w/ architecture

Interior Designer Responsibilities

• The Interior Designer will be responsible for start to finish project management.
• Consult with clients on creation, presentation of interior design concepts and needs
• Define project requirements and develop design criteria
• Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc.
• Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects
• Professional client development skills
• Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally
