Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Interior Designer to join our Seaport/Boston team on a permanent, onsite basis. You will support ideation, schematic and design development for commercial projects and help produce documentation through construction phases.

Key requirements include a bachelor’s in interior design or interior architecture and 3–5+ years of related experience. Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, Sketch-Up, and MS Office is expected.

You will participate in the design, production, and construction documentation phases throughout the lifecycle of projects, ensuring that design intents are met and deliverables are concise and accurate. Your role involves working with senior staff to coordinate designs, addressing revisions, and completing design documents. You will also manage construction administration tasks, including RFIs, project submittals, and site visits, while maintaining positive client relationships.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
