CCY is looking for a talented and passionate Interior Designer with 4-6 years of experience to join our collaborative studio in the Rocky Mountains!
An Interior Designer at CCY works hand in hand with our architecture and interiors teams to create spaces that are thoughtfully detailed, materially rich, and rooted in place. Working closely with the Interiors Studio Director and Project Managers, the Interior Designer contributes across all project phases, from concept and material exploration through construction documentation and construction administration, on a range of project types including custom residences, experiential hospitality, and community projects.
In this position the Interior Designer takes direct ownership of portions of the interiors scope, with the competence to assume responsibility for accuracy and quality of work. The role calls for a strong design sensibility balanced with technical knowledge of detailing, finishes, and FF&E, along with the ability to produce compelling presentation materials that clearly communicate design intent. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with the project team, consultants, vendors, and contractors, and will support client meetings and presentations alongside project leadership. The role offers opportunities to grow in design leadership, client engagement, and mentorship of junior staff.
CCY does not offer remote positions. The position requires candidates collaborate and be present in our design studio in Basalt, Colorado. Team members may work from home one day per week, with the expectation of being physically present in the office during regular business hours the remaining four days.
A professional degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture from an accredited institution (CIDA-accredited degree required).
