As we continue to grow, we're looking to expand our team with exceptional Sales Representatives who are passionate about design, skilled at working with discerning clients, and driven to deliver results.

About The Role

This role is ideal for experienced professionals who are energized by:

• Guiding clients through the early stages of building a dream home or luxury structure.
• Turning complex design visions into actionable next steps.
• Building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, architects, and developers.
• Representing a brand known for craftsmanship, creativity, and professionalism.
  
  

You’ll manage a robust pipeline of leads, many generated by our marketing team, and help clients make confident, informed decisions as they begin the journey to building something extraordinary.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in design-build, architecture, Interior Desing, construction, or real estate.
• Ability to understand and explain high-end building systems and custom options.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills with a consultative approach.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Passion for design, architecture, and the details that elevate a project.
