Job summary

Gray Design Group is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead design and construction projects from initiation through completion. You will set goals, budgets, and milestones, coordinate with clients, and ensure deliverables meet schedule and budget.

The role emphasizes collaboration with diverse teams and requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced design environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field; NCIDQ is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in design/construction.
• Proficient in CAD, Revit, Excel and Word; strong negotiation, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project goals, budgets, and timelines; coordinate with clients to confirm understanding and alignment.
• Delegate responsibilities and provide direction of client visualization to team members.
• Provide regular progress updates to Principal and stakeholders.
• Resolve project challenges and recognize team successes.
• Uphold company values, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
