Job summary

Gray Design Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead design and construction projects from initiation through completion. You will establish goals, budgets, timelines, and align client expectations while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The PM will report to the Principal, drive progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget standards. A detail-oriented, collaborative leader with design-sense is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field (NCIDQ a plus).
• 5+ years of project management experience in design, construction and contract language.
• Strong skills in planning, cost control, client relations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define project goals, budgets and timelines; coordinate with clients.
• Lead and delegate tasks; guide client visualization with the team.
• Provide regular progress updates to Principal and anticipate issues.
• Resolve project challenges and recognize team successes.
• Uphold company values, regulations and ethics.
