Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Commercial Project Manager for our Interior Design team. You will lead and coordinate project activities, serve as the design liaison to clients, and oversee construction documents to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

We require 8+ years in interior design, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Interior Design, and proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and InDesign. NCIDQ is preferred, with travel as needed to support project goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of interior design experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Interior Design.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and InDesign.
• NCIDQ certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Leads, oversees, supervises and coordinates project activities.
• Serves as primary design liaison to the client and oversight of construction documents.
• Promotes inter-disciplinary design culture and ensures project success.
• Coordinates client communication and management of contracts and services.
• Manages scope, schedule, quality and budget to meet goals.
