Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an Assistant Project Manager - Interior Design to join our Commercial Building Engineering Services team in Philadelphia, PA. You will assist in the technical and administrative direction and supervision of projects, maintain clear communication with the Project Manager and client, and potentially lead smaller projects to develop PM skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience as an Interior Designer on commercial related projects.
• NCIDQ certification and/or AIA licensure in PA preferred.
• Prior experience in Revit is required.
• AutoCAD, Adobe Creative, and SketchUp experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparation of effective work plans and labor budgets.
• Monitor time schedules and capital cost budgets on projects.
• Oversee the work and productivity on assigned projects.
• Strive to achieve predetermined goals for profit, productivity targets, and schedule of deliverables.
• Participate in team meetings and ensure QA/QC procedures are followed before submission of work.
• Negotiate with clients on scope changes within approved budgets and schedules.
• Ensure all project work complies with QA/QC standards and procedures.
