Job summary

Weidner Apartment Homes in Kirkland, WA is seeking an Interior Design Coordinator – CAD & Procurement in a full-time role. You will produce construction documents, manage FF&E procurement, and coordinate installations from design approval through final placement.

Work with the VP of Design and the Design & Construction team to create accurate CAD drawings, source vendors, track orders, and ensure installations align with design intent while meeting schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.
• Advanced AutoCAD knowledge required.
• Bluebeam Revu proficiency for construction document markup, RFI management, and drawing set review.
• Experience with FF&E selection and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CAD construction documents, finish index specs, and scopes of work.
• Identify deviations in scope, budget, or specs and resolve with the design team.
• Manage FF&E procurement, vendor sourcing, PO management, and delivery.
• Produce as-built floor plans from site measurements and conditions.
• Coordinate on-site delivery and installation logistics to match design intent.
