Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Interior Design Consultant to deliver a luxury client experience at the RH Gallery in the United States. The role partners with RH Interior Design to assess client needs and provide curated design solutions, owning the client relationship from first contact through product delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience in design or luxury retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Experience in a design firm or luxury retail preferred.
• Art, Architecture, or Interior Design background encouraged.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs; travel locally or out of state; driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience for walk-in and prospective clients through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services and offerings
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery and represent the brand professionally

Summary

The Interior Design Consultant provides a luxury client experience within the RH Gallery, partnering with RH Interior Design to assess client needs and deliver curated design solutions. This role owns the client relationship from initial contact through product delivery, while growing and maintaining a strong client base and supporting gallery standards. The Consultant represents the RH lifestyle brand through expert product knowledge, elevated service, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience for walk-in and prospective clients through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services and offerings
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery and represent the brand professionally

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Education or experience in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred
• Strong relationship skills, strategic agility, highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, maneuver on the gallery floor, and travel locally or out of state; licensed to drive preferred
