Construction Company seeks an Interior Construction Supervisor / Foreman for small to mid-size boutique construction renovations, primarily Commercial Renovations and occasionally high-end residential projects in NYC. The ideal candidate must be experienced in all aspects of construction.

Main Responsibilities

1. Serve as an on-the-tools carpenter foreman, overseeing smaller jobs and assisting in larger renovations.
2. Coordinate with the project management team and work closely with the site superintendent.
3. Perform high-quality carpentry and framing, including layout work.
4. Coordinate trades such as framing and masonry across all construction phases.
5. Monitor daily work progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
6. Review blueprints, ensure quality control, and provide opinions on work quality.
7. Assist with estimating and site visits for future projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of carpentry experience.
• Strong management skills and ability to coordinate multiple trades.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to commute to NYC jobsites.
• Legal to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
