United Contractor Services is seeking an Interior Buildout Field Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities from layout through closeout. You will coordinate daily with project managers, trades, and clients to maintain workflow, quality, and schedule adherence.
The role requires 2+ years in commercial construction in a superintendent capacity, willingness to travel nationwide, strong blueprint reading skills, OSHA 30 certification, and comfort with cloud-based field reporting tools.
At United Contractor Services, we don't just build interiors - we set the standard for how specialty construction gets done. As one of North America's largest and fastest-growing specialty subcontractors and a Top 50 Walls and Ceilings Contractor in the U.S., we bring expertise in drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, EIFS, stucco, and painting to commercial projects across the country. We're expanding our field leadership team and looking for a driven Superintendent ready to take ownership on job sites nationwide.
As an Interior Buildout Field Superintendent, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for keeping projects moving - safely, on schedule, and to spec. You'll work directly with project managers, trade partners, and clients to drive execution from early-phase planning through final completion. This is a travel-based position supporting project sites across the U.S., with full company support for lodging and per diem.
If you're a field leader who takes pride in running tight, well-organized job sites - and you're ready to do it at scale - we want to hear from you. Bring your expertise to a company that's built for growth.
