Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Three years of coaching experience at college, high school, or 16U-18U club.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships and demonstrate cultural competence.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach students-athletes.
• Organize, schedule and supervise practice sessions.
• Schedule games and coordinate team travel.
• Perform administrative tasks including budgeting and equipment inventory.
• Generate additional funds for the program through fundraising.
• Hire and supervise assistant coaches.
