The Assistant Principal at Willard Elementary School plays a critical leadership role in fostering a positive, inclusive and high-performing school culture that emphasizes belonging for all students. This position is responsible for promoting the vision and mission of Concord Public Schools while ensuring that the academic, social, and emotional growth of all students is supported in alignment with the district’s core values. The Assistant Principal reports directly to the Principal and works collaboratively with the school leadership team, faculty, staff, and the broader school community to create an environment that values excellence, nurtures engagement, and fosters innovation. Together, this team ensures that the educational needs of every learner are met, providing opportunities for all students to thrive and succeed.
Salary: $135,000 - $145,000, based on experience.
