Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Interim Vice President of Operations for a confidential and rapidly growing manufacturing organization. This is an onsite interim executive leadership opportunity based in the Greater Denver, Colorado area.
The Interim Vice President of Operations will provide hands‑on executive leadership across manufacturing, operations, quality assurance, and supply chain functions during a key operational transition period. This leader will partner closely with executive leadership to assess operational workflows, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement lean manufacturing initiatives designed to improve efficiency, accountability, and operational performance. The ideal candidate will bring a highly collaborative leadership style, strong operational expertise, and the ability to quickly stabilize and optimize manufacturing operations within a fast‑paced environment.
