Overview

Our Vaco team is partnering with a SaaS client to support an interim remote Senior Accountant who will lead monthly close, consolidations (multi-currency), integration accounting (new acquisitions), and purchase accounting (i.e. goodwill). This is a fully remote project, 4-6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close, consolidations (multi-currency), and integration accounting for new acquisitions
• Oversee purchase accounting (goodwill)

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent
• Proven experience with Sage Intacct (Required)
• Experience with multi-entity close and consolidations
• Proven experience with integrations (acquisitions) and purchase price accounting (i.e. goodwill)
• SaaS/ASC 606 experience highly preferred
• Ability to start right away and commit to 4-6 months

Contract and Availability

This is an interim/contract position, yielding 40 hours/week (remote).
