Newell Brands is seeking an interim Yankee Candle Retail 2nd Assistant Manager for the Santa Clara, CA store. This part-time, on-site position reports to the Store Manager and supports daily operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience and profitable top-line growth.

The role emphasizes team leadership, onboarding, coaching, and applying selling strategies to boost sales while ensuring safety and store standards. Availability for weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
