We are seeking aDirector of Nursing to join our dedicated team. In this leadership role, you will be instrumental in shaping the care experience for our residents and guiding our nursing staff with vision, integrity, and skill.

Your Impact as Director of Nursing
  • Ensure nursing services meet all company, state, and federal guidelines

  • Oversee nursing staff recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance

  • Step in to assist on the floor when needed to ensure consistent care

  • Review and approve payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Monitor resident records for accuracy and proper documentation

  • Coordinate development of individualized care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

  • Guarantee timely access to equipment, supplies, and resources

  • Coach and mentor nursing staff to support continuous improvement and resident outcomes
