Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license or Compact RN License with MT endorsement.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school.
• Master's degree in nursing or relevant field preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum 1 year hospital Case Management; 2+ years leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Case Management team with a collaborative culture.
• Oversee care coordination, discharge planning, and utilization review.
• Partner with physicians, nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive strategies to improve outcomes and experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and payer rules.
