$50.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Accounting and Finance Consulting Placement Leader


Our Vaco team is partnering with a local client on an interim Revenue Cycle Manager. This role is seeking a strong RCM leader that also brings strong process improvement, so would also consider a Director level leader that is willing to be hands-on with managing the team, and assessment of processes/procedures. This will be a combined people and process leader.

As a Revenue Cycle leader, you will serve as a solution-minded resource for our Nashville based client, leaving the Revenue Cycle vertical, while also driving process improvement initiatives alongside the C-Suite. eCW experience is required.

Qualifications:

  • MUST have experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW)
  • Prefer someone local to Nashville, but otherwise open to remote
  • 5+ years of progressive RCM leadership experience, with proven experience building/developing processes
  • High attention to detail, with ability to document workflows and make recommendations when necessary
  • Experience with payor contracts, cash management, risk mitigation, and streamlining billing functions
  • Demonstrated proficiency with reporting and maintaining metrics
  • CST/EST preferred
