Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our team on a short-term contract basis (maternity cover). This role will support our US Sales team by driving pipeline generation and nurturing leads all the way to closed revenue.

This is a field marketing role that blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across events, webinars, campaigns, partner marketing, and more. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and global marketing to deliver impactful programs tailored to the North American market.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute regional marketing programs that support sales pipeline goals and align with global initiatives.
  • Drive integrated demand generation campaigns (digital, ABM, events, email, social) from planning through to execution and optimization.
  • Partner with the US sales team to identify opportunities, align priorities, and continuously support deal progression.
  • Organize and execute field events and user groups (virtual and in-person).
  • Work cross-functionally with global marketing to tailor and localize messaging, content, and campaign assets.
  • Track and manage regional marketing budget, campaign performance, and lead flow.
  • Ensure all campaign data is accurately tracked in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Contribute weekly reporting and follow-up on key KPIs, including leads, MQLs, pipeline, and influenced revenue.
  • Manage vendor relationships and explore new marketing opportunities for the region.
  • Support customer storytelling initiatives in partnership with sales.
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing role with a focus on regional/field marketing.
  • Proven success driving pipeline and supporting enterprise sales teams through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and alignment across sales and marketing teams.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and proactive with a “test and learn” mindset.
  • Agile approach and creative thinker.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with WordPress and Figma preferred.
  • Experience in the data or analytics space is a plus.
