About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced procurement professionals to join our client’s dynamic team on an interim basis. As a recognised leader in the consulting space, our client is expanding their procurement capabilities and need skilled specialists to drive strategic sourcing initiatives across key categories. Our client is industry agnostic and works with some of the world’s leading brands across FMCG, Pharma, Industrials, FS and Retail – so you will gain exposure to diverse procurement projects with a core focus on transformation.

The roles:

Senior Procurement Specialist - Professional Services

Focus Areas: Consultancy Services | Tax & Audit | Contingent Labour | Legal Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic sourcing for professional services categories
• Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations
• Drive cost optimisation and value creation initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements
• Implement procurement best practices and governance frameworks

Senior Procurement Specialist - Technology

Focus Areas: Hardware | Software | SaaS Solutions | Infrastructure | Telecommunications

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end procurement for technology categories
• Evaluate and negotiate complex IT contracts and licensing agreements
• Partner with IT leadership on technology strategy and vendor selection
• Manage vendor performance and relationship optimisation

Day Rate: $900 - $1,200 per day (up to $2,000 for VP-level candidates)

What We're Looking For

• SMEs in either Technology or Professional Services procurement
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with procurement technologies and analytics
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Working Arrangements

• Location: US-based, remote working with flexibility for domestic travel as required. Applicants must the right to work in the US
• Time Zone: Must be able to work Central Time hours
• Duration: 3-6 month initial assignments with high potential for extension(or possibly permanent opportunities)
• Start Date: Immediate availability preferred
