The assignment offers $60.33-$82.98 per hour, based on experience, on a short-term interim basis to support operations during an executive leadership search.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Biology.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Background in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience implementing new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant manufacturing operations and allocate resources to support production activities and strategic projects.
• Monitor operational performance, analyze manufacturing issues, and implement solutions to ensure consistent product delivery.
• Establish and manage operational budgets, labor utilization, material usage, yields, waste reduction, and overall manufacturing costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and other quality management systems.
• Maintain plant policies and procedures related to safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
