• Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and updating payment processes and controls.
• Identify potential risks in the payroll process.
• Evaluate responsibility allocation.
• Assess integration requirement with HRIS.
• Review payroll approvals and reconciliations.
• Partner with HR, IT, and finance teams.
• Help update reporting and analytics.
