Ministrylist is seeking an Interim Pastor to shepherd a small, Gospel-centered church in New York City. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of pastoral experience and will be responsible for overseeing staff, leading services, and engaging with the community.

This position offers a monthly compensation of $13,350 to $15,900, equivalent to an annual salary between $160,000 and $190,000, based on experience. The contract is expected to last for 4-6 months, with the possibility of extensions based on agreement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pastoral experience required.
• 5+ years of church administration experience.
• Ability to preach every Sunday, ideally expositional preaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and guidance to part-time staff.
• Plan weekly Sunday services and lead communion.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings and provide spiritual guidance.
