The role directs the Nursing Department to meet federal, state, and company standards, maintains quality of care, and steps in for the Administrator when needed, guiding assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure in the state practiced.
• Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• 5 years in long-term or acute care; 2+ years supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate total resident care plans per physician orders and regulations.
• Communicate policies to nursing staff and monitor practices.
• Participate in admissions decisions and visit potential residents.
• Attend management meetings to discuss census, personnel, or concerns.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
