AVIR Health Group is seeking an Interim Director of Nursing (DON) to join our family. The DON will lead clinical operations, ensure quality care, and develop a high-performing nursing team across the facility in Houston.

Licensed Texas RN, CPR, and at least one year in a supervisory healthcare role are required. You will navigate Federal and State regulatory standards and partner with corporate support to enhance patient and staff experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards per Federal/State regulations.
