Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the NICU 24/7.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Educator on departmental initiatives including skills assessments, clinical policy developments, discharge planning, and staff education.
• Lead onboarding and training initiatives for the department and foster positive working relationships.
• Demonstrate patient-centered leadership with strong communication and staff support.
• Available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
