Join an Oregon healthcare organization as their next remote Interim Manager, Utilization Management!

The Position
  • The Interim Manager of Utilization Management will be responsible for remote oversight of utilization services throughout the organization.
  • The Interim Manager will remotely manage a team of approximately 16+ FTEs and will oversee operational, human resources, quality, and financial responsibilities.
  • This leader will ensure a strong patient care environment that supports a safe, knowledgeable, compassionate, productive, and collaborative environment in a remote setting.
  • Seeking a collaborative utilization management leader who brings extensive payor, denials, and appeal writing experience.
  • This is a remote position.
  • Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
  • BSN is required.
  • Active Oregon RN license and/or willingness to obtain is required.
  • A minimum of five years of registered nursing experience within a related specialty is required.
  • A minimum of two years of management/leadership experience is required.
Compensation Details
  • Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
  • The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
  • The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
