The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building abilities, with flexibility to travel to multiple facilities and manage staffing, financials, and admissions

Qualifications

• Hold a current, valid Texas Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Experience in long-term care leadership with regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• Ability to lead teams through transitions and stabilize operations.
• Willingness to travel to facilities across Texas as needed.

Responsibilities
