Interim Legal Operations Director, Ironclad Implementation Specialist

Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for a fulltime (40 hours) Interim Legal Operations Director, Ironclad Implementation Specialist (100% Remote, National)

Overview: Our client’s legal department is looking for an experienced Interim Legal Operations Director with specific experience implementing Ironclad CLM for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) consultation, implementation, and complex contract workflow creation.

Location: 100% Remote, National Search

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead, consult, administer, and maintain the entire process of Ironclad CLM Implementation.
  • Build out complex Contract Workflows with Ironclad.
  • Establish strong organizational tools to drive project progress, ensure deadlines, budget and project qualifications are met, and identify and resolve issues and escalate risks.
  • Determine necessary project resources, technology, and schedule-- and manage and track the same.
  • Communicate project updates to c-level stakeholders on strategy, progress, changes and roadblocks.

Qualifications Include:

  • 6+ years’ experience implementing CLM’s with large In-House Legal Departments with complex workflow creation experience, with prior experience implementing Ironclad.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Sound legal and business judgment, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong verbal, written and customer/client interaction communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands, to work independently, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to highest standards of professionalism.
