Surgical Directions, LLC is seeking experienced Nurse Leaders for interim governance roles across the OR, SPD and supply chain functions. These 6 to 12 month engagements include OR Directors, OR Managers, SPD Educators and Perioperative Materials leadership.

The assignments involve establishing sustainable governance boards and driving change management to create long-lasting solutions. Travel is expected and reimbursed; this contractor 1099 position supports short-term coverage across multiple

Qualifications

• RN leadership experience in perioperative services.
• Experience leading OR governance or SPD programs preferred.
• Ability to manage short-term, cross-site assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim leadership for OR, SPD and supply chain roles.
• Establish governance boards and enable lasting operational improvements.
• Travel across the United States to cover critical coverage gaps (travels reimbursed).

These assignments range from 6 to 12 months in duration. Travel is expected but will be reimbursed.
