Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. seeks an experienced Interim Director of Finance to lead accounting and financial operations across three Santa Monica hotels, with Shore Hotel as the primary work location.

The role reports to ownership and property leadership and focuses on profitability, capital allocation, and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in hospitality finance with senior leadership experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience with hotel accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
• CPA or MBA preferred
• 5+ years of hospitality finance experience with leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, and financial reporting for all properties
• Partner with ownership and GMs on profitability and capital expenditures
• Develop financial models and ROI analyses to support decisions
