Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of public administration, public relations, and functions of all departments, and must be able to apply principles of human resources management.
• MHA/MBA/MS in hospital administration or equivalent educational experience.
• At least five years of proven progressive experience in health care administration at a senior Executive Leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of the hospital to meet objectives regarding reputation and image, quality, scope of services and technology, and financial position.
• Negotiate for improvement of hospital buildings and equipment, and coordinate medical staff with other departments.
• Lead and develop staff while maintaining excellent relations with the community and board.
