• Promote school safety and identity safety for students and staff.
• Lead data-driven plans to increase student achievement using multiple data sources.
• Assist instructional staff with curriculum, instruction, and assessment alignment to state and local goals.
• Monitor and evaluate instruction and assessment practices using established frameworks.
• Manage staff and fiscal resources to support student achievement and legal responsibilities.
• Engage families and communities to promote student learning and partnership models.
• Address achievement gaps and monitor growth in student learning.
• Participate in governance and district initiatives.
