Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate and participate in programs and activities for a comprehensive high school.
• Enforce applicable building, district, state, and federal policies, rules, regulations, and laws.
• Administer discipline and engage with students, parents and community agencies; respond to and resolve concerns; attend expulsion hearings as needed.
• Provide direction to staff and student programs and services.
• Provide instructional leadership focused on improving student achievement and development.
