Qualifications

• 15+ years in wealth management, preferably with RIA or IBD experience.
• 10+ years leading multiple teams with proven accountability.
• Deep familiarity with wealth management services including financial planning and insurance.

• Manage and develop 6 direct reports in a 22-person organization.
• Drive advisor adoption across service lines to boost recruitment and retention.
