Qualifications

• Extensive charity, foundation, NGO or mission-led organisation experience.
• Strong governance, corporate secretariat and board-level advisory skills.
• Experience advising trustees, chairs and senior leadership teams.
• Proven ability to manage cross-jurisdictional legal matters.
• Experience navigating complex separation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance, corporate secretariat and entity management.
• Lead governance during separation and transition.
• Advise on commercial agreements and service arrangements.
• Manage risk, compliance and regulatory engagement.
