Job summary

UHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group seeks experienced FP&A Consultants for project-based and interim engagements in Miami and throughout Florida. The consultant will handle budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and management reporting, connecting data from ERP and planning systems to drive decision support for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of finance experience with FP&A across budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced financial modeling to build and improve driver-based forecasts and scenarios.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets and communicate risks and recommendations.
• Ability to enter an existing planning environment and deliver accurate analysis with limited ramp-up.
• Prior consulting, interim, project-based, advisory, or staffing experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and BI/planning tools experience (Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, Planful, Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems).
• Strong communication with finance leaders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own or support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, reforecasts, and long-range plans.
• Build and maintain integrated financial models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and headcount.
• Analyze actuals vs budgets and forecasts; identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting packages.
• Partner with leaders to improve forecast accuracy and resource allocation.
• Extract and reconcile data from ERP/planning systems and improve data quality.
• Support strategic finance projects such as pricing, margin analysis, and transaction modeling.
• Streamline FP&A processes, calendars, and documentation for clients.
