Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• At least five years’ experience in maintenance and/or housekeeping operations.
• Demonstrated managerial experience including budgeting, planning, and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facility-related operations including HVAC, pool and spa maintenance.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
• Hire, train, and supervise employees according to company policies.
