Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid teaching license with ESL endorsement preferred.
• Fluent in the four domains of English language development (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
• PreK-12 ESL program experience or scope across grade levels.

Responsibilities

• Establish and convey a district ESL program vision and plan.
• Coordinate, supervise, and support the ESL program and ESL personnel.
• Ensure proper identification, assessment, service, and exit path for ELs.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop student ILPs and monitor progress.
• Attend and present professional development for ELs and teachers of ELs.
