AMN Healthcare Leadership Solutions | B.E. Smith is seeking an Interim Director of Procedural Services in Wenatchee, WA. The role leads Cath Lab, GI, and EP lab services across multiple campuses, reporting to the VP of Perioperative & Procedural Services, and overseeing 64+ FTEs.

The ideal candidate has a strong inpatient nursing background in cath lab, interventional radiology, EP, or GI, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Start within 2–3 weeks is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Active WA and/or compact RN license is required.
• Experience leading Cath Lab, GI, EP lab services preferred.

Interim Director, Procedural Services

StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $170000.00 - $175000.00

The Position

• An Interim Director of Procedural Services is needed to lead and oversee Cath Lab, GI, and EP lab procedures across multiple campuses.
• The Interim Director will report to the Vice President of Perioperative & Procedural Services and will oversee approximately 64+ FTEs.
• Key responsibilities include developing and operationalizing a structure for cardiac services, ensuring quality and provider satisfaction, aligning staffing and reporting structures, and acting quickly to improve and unify lines of communication.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong bedside inpatient nursing background—especially in cath lab, interventional radiology, EP, and/or GI—and experience in a hospital inpatient cardiac service line. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $170,000 to $175,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
